By visiting our premises, booking an appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions of Pondicherry Spa & Wellness Centre. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or walk-in, subject to availability.
- Pre-booking is strongly recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon acknowledgement from our team via WhatsApp or call.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to complete the consultation form.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require a minimum of 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (within 2 hours) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid amount.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of therapist unavailability or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly and offer an alternative.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation applies.
- Payment is accepted in cash, UPI, credit/debit card at the time of service.
- Prepaid packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
4. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and injuries before each session.
- We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if we believe it poses a health risk to the client.
- Massage services are not recommended during fever, active skin infections, open wounds, first trimester of pregnancy, or within 24 hours of surgery.
- Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any discomfort or change during the session.
5. Conduct & Privacy
- All our services are strictly therapeutic and professional in nature.
- Any inappropriate conduct or requests will result in immediate termination of the session with full charge payable.
- We maintain full privacy and confidentiality for all clients. Treatment rooms are private and sessions are conducted professionally.
- Photography or recording inside treatment rooms is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
- Pondicherry Spa & Wellness Centre is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises. Please keep valuables secure.
- While we take every precaution, we are not liable for any allergic reactions to products used if the client failed to disclose relevant medical information prior to the session.
- Our maximum liability to any client is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Gift Vouchers & Packages
- Gift vouchers and wellness packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
- Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
8. Website Use
- All content on our website (text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of Pondicherry Spa & Wellness Centre and may not be reproduced without written permission.
- We strive to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the completeness or currency of website content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pondicherry (Puducherry), India.
